Step 3:
RESERVE:
We prepare a clear and straightforward proposal and construction contract that outlines all the details to move forward.
Step 4:
Construction:
Prefabrication in the factory occurs simultaneous to sitework and foundation installation on site, saving significant time in the construction process.
Step 5:
Delivery & Installation:
After the sitework and prefabrication is complete, we will schedule the delivery of the home. It usually takes one day to install your home. Once set, final connections for utilities and water will be made.
Step 6:
WRAP UP & MOVE IN:
Depending on the complexity of your project and site location, some final finishing may be required. We also touchup any imperfections to ensure your dream project is complete and ready for move in day!
