Studio ADU / 1 Bath – 352 Square Feet
The Studio ADU is one of two options (along with the Uno ADU) that we offer in a RVIA certification as an alternate option to our standard modular certification. The RVIA units provide flexibility as Park Model for hospitality use. Our modular units are built to IRC building code as permanent structures.
